The Pyramid of Yonaguni

 In 1985 a scuba diver - Kihachirō Aratake was diving 76 miles from the coast of Taiwan. What he discovered were the remains of some lost civilization including perfectly designed pyramid complete with steps culomns and a human face carved inside the rocks. Masaaki Kimura - a marine geologist, belives that these are the ruins of a Japanese Atlantis - an ancient city sunk by an earthquake about 2,000 years ago. But that's his opinion. Many other scientologist argue that this is the result of a natural phenomena and are not convinced that these structures are manmade. Until today it is unsure how did it all happen. But the most popular and accurate theory says that the world's largest tsunami in 1771 might have actually befallen the ancient civilization, bacuase it is hard to belive that all these depictions of animals carved in the stones, aesthetic triangles created by themselves.

    To me there is no doubt that it's man-made.
    Also there is a difference between a scientist (who deals with science) and a scientologist (who is a member of a cult - the Church of Scientology).

Cyprus urged to ban hunting at coast to protect flamingoes

 Larnaca Salt Lake in Cyprus is a key stop for almost 15,000 flamingoes on the migration path from Africa to Europe. Everything was okey until January last year when governemnt's fauna serviced noticed tens losses of flamingoes. They died in the result of lead poisoning from shotgun pellets. To this day hunting for ducks was only allowed in the network's southern tip of the Salt Lake, but now conservationists in Cyprus are urging to expand a hunting ban, because even though using lead pellets is prohibited here, hunters don't care and still use them. As the result flamingoes eat residues of them and die.  I totally agree with poeple who say that hunting for ducks should be forbidden here at all. First of all, generally, killing these poor ducks isn't funny and I totally can't understand how it can be amusing to anyone, but I also understand that it couldn't be totally prohibited, because (unfortunatelly) many people treat it as a hobby. Ma'Khia Bryant's death

On Tuesday afternoon the police in Colombus, Ohio, received an attempted stabbing call and after a few minutes another one. When the police arrived on the scene they saw a woman, which later turned out to be 16 years old Ma'Khia Bryant, moving towards another girl. She was holding a knife ready to stab the other girl, but dropped it after being shot 4 times in the chest by the police. She was taken to the hospital and prounanced dead. Hazel Bryant, who is Ma'Khia's aunt said that her niece got into the fight with other teenagers. Now people are arguing if this is another act of racism in the USA.  At first I was shocked when I've read that this girl died, because of this action, but then I saw the video of it, where you can clearly see she was in full swing mode, closer than 1 second to stab the other teenage girl and wasn't listening to the police requests to stop. New bans in Switzerland

 Sunday's referendum in Switzerland showed that 51% of Swiss voters voted in favour of banning face coverings in public, including the burka or niqab worn by Muslim men and especially women. Face masks worn for health and safety reasons won't be affected by the new law. Switzerland's parliament opposed the referendum proposal and said it represents a "fringe phonomenon". The Muslims are mad and are critisizing the ban saying that it is clearly directed against them.  I agree with them and it is totally understandable that they are angry. It is very suspicious for me that people from the Swiss People's Party who voted for banning face covering say that it is not aimed at Muslims and that it also applies to for example rioters who often pull over their faces a scarf, but then make posters with a graphic of a Muslim woman on it and caption under it saying: "Stop Islam extremism!"... If they will accept this ban it will ruin their reputation and clearly ...
